Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and we absolutely cherish all the fantastic pics and the storybook album Lisa put together for us. She met with us and visited the venue and grounds beforehand, so she knew exactly what we wanted and where to get the best backdrops for our stunning photos...she even had her wellies with her on the day so she could jump in the water and get some cracking pics of us on a bridge! We couldn't have asked for a better service. So much so, that when our son was born, we went straight to Rich Pictures and asked Lisa to capture some photos of our new family - which of course we are delighted with - and I'm absolutely certain we will be using Lisa again in the future.

We couldn't be happier with our wedding album. We've had had so many compliments and requests for Lisa's number from people who have seen it and are delighted to be able to recommend her. On the day itself Lisa and her mum (who helped out) just faded into the background and I was delighted with some of the pictures we got that we didn't even know had been taken. If we were doing it all again Lisa would definitely be our photographer, and hopefully at some point in the future we'll be lucky enough to ask her to photograph our kids!

We got married in April 2008 and one of the biggest decisions we had to make in planning the wedding was choosing the right photographer. It is such an important part of the big day to have someone you can trust and feel entirly comfortable with, who will listen to your ideas and not be afraid to suggest some of her own - and we made the perfect choice with Lisa Clelland of Rich Pictures. She somehow managed to capture how magical the day was - and the photographs reflected our fun and lively personalities brilliantly. She was so friendly and approachable, while at the same time being the consummate professional, putting us and our guests perfectly at ease throughout the day. It was also quite incredible how she manages to get so many different pictures from different places and angles without us even noticing, giving our storybook a real natural feel. I think the most important thing when choosing a photographer is finding someone that you completely trust and feel relaxed with. That is the service you get from Rich Pictures. Lisa is professional, bubbly, fun and has the most talented eye taking the most dynamic pictures possible. We had numerous consultations with her prior to our big day, so she knew exactly what we wanted from our photos and she pulled out all the stops on the day ensuring we captured every moment.
Lisa took the time to investigate our venue prior to the day and knew exactly the right backdrops for our photos. She turned up prompt on the day and has such a wonderful personality that she worked extremely well with everyone else involved ie. Hotel, florist, hairdresser and make up artist.

We also liked that we could sit down with her and create a bespoke package, which felt more personal to us. We opted for the largest of the Storybook collection and are delighted with it. So many people have commented on it saying it's the best album they've seen.
I have since and will continue to recommend Rich Pictures to any family, friends, colleagues as the service is second to none.
